Pancyprian Insurance Company Ltd was established in London in 1963, and conducted insurance operations in Cyprus with a branch established in the same year.

Pancyprian Insurance Ltd was established in 1992 (Registration 51363) and having expanded into the general insurance sector, is now the third largest insurance company in Cyprus.

In 1998 Pancyprian Insurance became a public company, and entered the Cyprus stock market. In 1999 it withdrew, after being acquired by the Hellenic Bank Group.

The company has branches in Limassol, Larnaca and Athienou, with representatives in Paphos and Paralimni. Operations are conducted by the relevant departments of the company, all of which are staffed by experienced personnel.
