Hellenic Bank Public Company Ltd, is seeking to recruit an IT Business Relationship Manager to join the team of Group Information Technology.

 

Candidate Profile:

Essential Qualifications

  • University Degree in Information Technology or other related field.
  • Proven experience in analysing and sizing business requirements
  • Proven experience in managing small to medium IT project within a finance environment
  • Proven experience in analysing and developing IT processes using relevant tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate on a technical and non-technical level
  •  Excellent knowledge of English and Greek Languages
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Very good inter-personal and negotiation skills
  • Proven capability of independent action and decision-making

 

Additional Qualifications will be considered an advantage:

  • Post Graduate Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or other related field
  • Good knowledge of the ITIL framework (relevant certification(s) will be considered as an advantage)
  • Prince2 / PMP Project management

 

Key responsibilities of the successful candidate;

 

  • Work as liaison between business units and IT
  • Receive demands from Business Analysts ensuring content completeness (e.g. missing business case, functional requirements)
  • Liaise with all IT stakeholders to analyse demand functional requirements, calculate solution costs, and assign proper IT resources
  • Cooperate with Business Analysts to approve demands concerning functionality enhancements
  • Cooperate with Business Analysts to prioritize demands concerning new projects based on costs vs benefits, implementation risk, and effort
  • Search actively and maintain awareness of innovations and trends in technology to support business
  • Negotiate and conclude contracts with external vendors and monitor their performance
  • Manage IT projects (including the RFP phase) or IT work packages, ensuring that products are delivered to agreed quality standards, within agreed cost, effort and time, and achieve the defined benefits
  • Measure and report IT projects performance using appropriate tools and techniques
  • Negotiate and agree service level requirements for IT services and monitor the levels of service achieved by analysing on a regular basis the causes of deviations from agreed service levels
  • On an ongoing basis initiate and monitor actions to maintain or improve levels of IT services
  • Conduct the user and supplier satisfaction surveys (e.g .deployment of surveys, collection and analysis of data, and preparation and follow up of action plan on responses)
  • Develop and improve IT processes/policies and standards and perform periodic audits to assess adherence to relevant standards and procedures in place
  • Analyze major incidents reported to the Service Desk to identify trends and potential problem areas, fully document the investigations, plan and follow up all corrective actions
  • Follow up the implementation of actions relevant to Central Bank/audit/risk findings
