Do you have a remote working policy?
A Remote Working Policy exists, aiming to provide alternative, flexible, and modernised work arrangements that best fit the personal needs of the Bank’s employees, while at the same time aiming at a mutual benefit for the Bank, in terms of productivity, business continuity, employee engagement and morale.
What process will be used to evaluate my performance as an employee?
The performance appraisal process, is conducted annually and is an interactive process, consisting of self-evaluation as well as appraiser’s evaluation, aiming at objectively evaluating the performance, in relation to the (a) appraisee's performance/contribution and (b) understanding of the appraisee’ s contribution to the achievement of the strategic objectives.

Also, we are proud of being the 1st Bank in Cyprus, designing internally the FeedBank app, which is an easy and direct way of exchanging regular, on the spot feedback with all colleagues across the Bank, at all levels.

Overall, we encourage feedback culture as well as open and transparent communication between colleagues aiming on employees’ development, through many HR practices.
What developmental opportunities do you offer within the company?
The training plan is drafted annually, in collaboration with all teams, to capture the trainings required for upskilling and continuous development. We focus on providing growth opportunities in alignment with our strategic initiatives, transformation pillars and individual developmental needs on personal/soft skills and knowledge required for colleagues to perform their duties.
