The exchange rates are only applicable for amounts up to
EUR 20.000,00 (or the equivalent in any other currency),
during normal working hours through Online Banking
system and in all the Branches.
In the event that the customer requests the Bank to
exchange an amount of over EUR 20.000,00 (or the
equivalent in any other currency), the customer recognizes
and agrees that the rate of exchange to be used by the
Bank may differ from the above published exchange rate.
Hellenic Bank maintains the right to amend rates during
the day.
