How to issue a card?
You can issue a card by simply visiting one of our branches.  If you are an existing customer, you can issue a new consumer debit card by calling our Customer Contact Center at 8000 9999 (toll free) or +35722500500 (from abroad).
How do I set up card notifications?
You have multiple options to enable card notifications: 

1. Download the Hellenic Bank Mobile App and enable alerts on your device 
2. Set up your Card Alerts via Web Banking under the “Alerts” section 
3. Call our Customer Contact Center at 8000 9999 (toll free) or +35722500500 (from abroad), for assistance with setting up alerts for a phone that’s registered with us. 
How can I view my statements?
You can view your statements through Hellenic Bank Online Banking.
How do I get rewards through the Mple Scheme?

How does my card provide security to my transactions?
You can spend with confidence, because we will do our best to identify any suspicious activity. The 3D Secure Safe@Web will make your online transactions safer. You can even turn your card on and off at your convenience.
What is cash withdrawal via cashback?
  • Cashback service is offered with Visa or Mastercard debit cards, (prepaid cards excluded).
  • During the processing of a purchase from a store that offers cashback, up to 100 euros can be withdrawn without a minimum purchase amount.
  • Cash withdrawal via cashback can be done free of charge.
  • The customer enters his personal code (PIN) as is the case with cash withdrawals from ATMs. The amount is charged to the customer's card and she/he receives the money requested from the store cashier.
  • The cashback service is available only when the consumer presents his card and not through digital wallets.
Can my card limits be increased if required?
The card is initially issued on the basis of your proposed transaction and daily limits; however, you can apply for a temporary or permanent increase or decrease of these limits to suit your personal requirements.
I have entered my PIN incorrectly three times at an ATM, how can I fix this?
For security reasons you card will be obtained by the ATM after entering your PIN incorrectly three times. You can collect it from the Bank during working hours.
What can I do if I have forgotten my card PIN?
  1. You can retrieve your PIN through the Hellenic Bank mobile app.
  2. You can call the Customer Contact Center. A PIN reminder can be sent to your personal mobile phone via SMS.

There is no charge for re-issuing your PIN.

What shall I do in case of loss/theft or unauthorized use of my card?

In case of loss, theft or unauthorised use of your card, you must immediately contact us and report the incident at below contact numbers:
