This position is responsible for setting the revenue growth plans and Pillar revenue targets. You will be responsible for leading the sales strategy, forward looking revenue projections and developing the plan to implement the approach. The position will identify digital revenue opportunities for the organization, develop clear and measurable targets and own regular reporting and accountability to the Open Banking Committee. You will facilitate the periodic performance target setting / interlock process between the Innovation Centre and the retail/corporate/IBC business.

Role Purpose

In your role you will engage directly with all business partners and pan group partners to ensure we are jointly meeting or actively remediating against our digital performance aspirations. You will perform key stakeholder relationship management and communication with retail/corporate/IBC stakeholders in product, marketing, channels and finance as a key component of this role.

You will act as a key point of engagement between the appointed Digital Ambassadors at all branches and business units, Innovation Centre and Digital Banking & Innovation (DBI) and will be responsible for the resulting production of the digital performance management and control reporting.

You will work closely with the digital product owners within DBI using your performance insight to identify improvement opportunities to be developed.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience related to digital
  • Experience with multiple client and business categories
  • Excellent quantitative skills
  • Ability to interpret/analyze data to inform go-to-market strategies
  • Strong marketplace relationships with FinTech start-ups
  • Creative approach to defining deal terms including pricing models and value based on client objectives
  • High level of comfort presenting to clients, partners and internal team members
  • Proven track record with client relations and growing existing business

As a Digital Partnerships and Business Development Manager, you will:

Serve as Digital marketplace landscape expert internally and with partners

Maintain and grow key marketplace relationships and technology platform partners

Identify and present new and emerging partners and opportunities in the marketplace

E2E Business Performance analysis, KPI and reporting owner 

E2E business change / improvement proposal input / facilitation

Performance Control function – overall run of the KPI target interlock process, KPI adherence, variance analysis /insight 

Create insightful and relevant presentations to present to the Digital Ambassadors and key customers

Forecasting and reporting
