As part of a business transformation the business requires a Digital Solutions Architect to manage the technical landscape associated with our Digital Strategy. Must have a demonstrable background as a hands-on architect and experience with multiple platforms such as the Omnichannel Digital Banking Technology stack, middleware, CRM, CMS, BPM, API management, social, customer Web and mobile presence.
The Digital Architect will provide technical leadership in the creation, communication and delivery of the systems that provide the interface between digital front ends and the complex back-end enterprise systems. Collaborate effectively with teams from other disciplines to define technology objectives, assess solution options and devise architectural solutions that achieve both strategic business goals and meet operational requirements.
The candidate will be very effective collaborating with all facets of the business including Sales, Marketing, customer interfacing and product development to promote efficiencies and delivery excellence. The successful candidate will possess a keen understanding of the rapidly changing consumer trends in the digital space. He will be a key participant in the effort to build effective online processes focused on a balance between performance and the overall user experience. This role will be an integral member of the Digital Experience team.
- 8+ years relevant work experience in the digital domain, with strong emphasis in digital CX and e-Commerce platforms.
- Bachelor degree or equivalent professional experience required, Masters degree preferred
As a Digital Solutions Architect, you will:
Create and maintain of components of the “blueprint” documentation that clearly describes the architectural vision and the architectural roadmap to deliver
Liaise with other teams both within and outside Technology to ensure that their requirements are met by the architectural designs and that the architecture is cost-effective to develop, maintain and operate
Ensure the Digital Architecture aligns with and supports the rest of the Application and Data Architecture
Develop and maintain a good understanding of the evolution of products and services in the wider industry that we could leverage
