This announcement concerns the payments made under agreements between Hellenic Bank Public Company Limited (the "Company") with Logicom Solutions Limited and NewCytech Business Solutions Ltd, which are 100% subsidiaries of Logicom Services Ltd, which indirectly holds more than 5% of the issued share capital of the Company. The agreements in question were concluded in the Company’s ordinary course of business and relate to the purchase of consulting services, support and other IT related services, hardware, software and other related products as well as licenses.
Specifically, for the period 01.01.2021 – 31.03.2021, the total amount paid by the Company in relation to the agreements with Logicom Solutions Limited is €710.384,39 including VAT (where applicable) and the total amount paid by the Company in relation to the agreements with NewCytech Business Solutions Ltd is €387.400,41 including VAT (where applicable).
