Hellenic Bank Public Company Ltd (‘‘the Bank’’) announces that the Board of Directors of the Bank will meet on Thursday, 29 March 2018 to examine, inter alia, the Audited Financial Statements of Hellenic Bank Group for the year ended 31 December 2017.
The Audited Financial Statements for 2017 will be announced to the Cyprus Stock Exchange and the Securities and Exchange Commission on Friday, 30 March 2018, before the opening of the market.
