Further to the announcements of Hellenic Bank Public Company Limited (the “Bank”), dated 26 September 2022 and 28 December 2022, regarding notifications made related to a future resignation from the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of the Bank, the Bank announces that Mrs Marianna Pantelidou Neophytou has resigned from the Board and that, following the consent of the European Central Bank, the Board has approved the appointment of Mr Christodoulos Hadjistavris as Non-Executive Member of the Board of Directors of the Bank, both with effect from 26 January 2023.
