Announcement for Cobalt

For all the customers who have purchased airline tickets directly from Cobalt, using a Hellenic Bank card, for a trip that has not yet been completed.

Actions to claim a refund:

  • Fill in the HB Transaction Dispute Form and, specifically, the A and C2 fields.
  • Attach the booking confirmation provided by Cobalt, showing all flight information, including the booking confirmation code.
  • Send the HB Transaction Dispute Form and the booking confirmation to the email address  cardservices.fraud@hellenicbank.com.


For all the customers who have purchased airline tickets directly from Cobalt, using ex-CCB card, for a trip that has not yet been completed.

Actions to claim a refund:

  • Fill in the ex-CCB Transaction Dispute Form and, particularly, the first field with the cardholder’s details and the second field with the reason for the claim.
  • Attach the booking confirmation, provided by Cobalt, showing all flight information, including the booking confirmation code.
  • Send the ex-CCB Transaction Dispute Form and the booking confirmation to the email address  cardcenter@ccb.coop


If you are already abroad and your return trip was with Cobalt, please arrange your return with another airline and the proceed with the claim as described above.
