Hellenic Bank Public Company Limited (the “Bank”) announces that the Board of Directors of the Bank has decided the re-composition of the existing Committees and the composition of the temporary / ad hoc Integration Committee of the Board of Directors of the Bank, as from 20th August 2018.
The new composition of the Board Committees of the Bank is attached.
