Hellenic Bank Public Company Limited (the “Bank”) announces that on Wednesday 15th June 2022 an Extraordinary General Meeting will be held in order to amend the Articles of Association of the Bank so that they are in compliance with the provisions of the revised Internal Governance Directive to Credit Institutions of 2021 of the Central Bank of Cyprus. The Notice of the Extraordinary General Meeting will be issued within the prescribed deadline.
