Further to the announcement of Hellenic Bank Public Company Limited (the “Bank”) dated 17th May 2022, the Bank announces that the Extraordinary General Meeting for the amendment of the Articles of Association of the Bank will not be held on Wednesday 15th June 2022 but on a later date that will be announced in due course.
