Further to information provided to Hellenic Bank Public Company Ltd (the Bank) from EUROBANK S.A. on 29 December 2021, it is announced that EUROBANK S.A. acquired 11.191.639 shares of the Bank on 28 December 2021, increasing its holding of the Bank’s share capital from 9,88% to 12,60%.
