Hellenic Bank Public Company Limited (the “Bank”) announces that it has been notified by the Member of the Board of Directors of the Bank, Mr Lambros Papadopoulos, that he has decided to withdraw his candidacy for re-election as Member of the Board of Directors at the Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders of the Bank that will be held today, 11 July 2018, for personal reasons and to focus on other executive and non-executive duties.
The Board of Directors would like to thank Mr Papadopoulos for his contribution as a Member of the Board of Directors.
