The Non-Executive Director of Hellenic Bank Public Company Limited (the “Bank”) Mrs Marianna Pantelidou Neophytou, representing Wargaming Group Limited (“Wargaming”) since December 2013 on the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of the Bank, has notified the Bank that, as she will be taking on additional duties at Wargaming in 2023, she will resign from the Board of the Bank with effect from 31st December 2022 or, earlier, on the date her colleague at Wargaming, Mr Christodoulos Hadjistavris, obtains the required regulatory approval to join the Board of the Bank.
Mrs M. Pantelidou Neophytou noted that it is an honour to serve on the Board of the Bank and her commitment to this service will remain high while she still serves on the Board.
