Hellenic Bank Public Company Ltd announces, pursuant to the Transparency Requirements Law 2007, that WARGAMING GROUP LIMITED, the Provident Fund for the Senior Management Personnel of Wargaming Group Ltd, the Provident Fund for the Executive Directors of Wargaming Public Co Ltd, Ms. Marianna Pantelidou Neofytou and Mr. Christodoulos Hadjistavris on June 10, 2020 informed the issuer that during the Annual General Meeting of Hellenic Bank Public Company Ltd on June 16 2020, Ms. Marianna Pantelidou Neofytou, or in her absence Mr. Christodoulos Hadjistavris, may exercise at her/his sole discretion 83.361.488 voting rights of WARGAMING GROUP LIMITED, 850.348 voting rights of the Provident Fund for the Senior Management Personnel of Wargaming Group Ltd, and 857.142 voting rights of the Provident Fund for the Executive Directors of Wargaming Public Co Ltd that correspond to the total of 20,61% of the share capital of the issuer, under the proxies granted by WARGAMING GROUP LIMITED, the Provident Fund for the Senior Management Personnel of Wargaming Group Ltd and the Provident Fund for the Executive Directors of Wargaming Public Co Ltd.
After the end of the Annual General Meeting, Ms. Marianna Pantelidou Neofytou and Mr. Christodoulos Hadjistavris will cease to hold voting rights in relation to the above proxies.
