Hellenic Bank Public Company Ltd announces, pursuant to the Transparency Requirements Law 2007, that TAMEIO PRONOIAS TRAPEZIKON YPALLILON KYPROU, Mr. Andreas Panayiotou and Mr. George Georgiou on June 9, 2020 informed the issuer that during the Annual General Meeting of Hellenic Bank Public Company Ltd on June 16, 2020, Mr. Andreas Panayiotou, or in his absence Mr. George Georgiou, may exercise at his sole discretion 25.850.000 voting rights that correspond to 6,26% of the share capital of the issuer, under the proxy granted by TAMEIO PRONOIAS TRAPEZIKON YPALLILON KYPROU.
After the end of the Annual General Meeting, Mr. Andreas Panayiotou and Mr. George Georgiou will cease to hold voting rights in relation to the above proxy.
