Hellenic Bank Public Company Ltd announces, pursuant to the Transparency Requirements Law 2007, that Demetra Holdings Plc, Mr. Varnavas Irinarchos and Mr. Nearchos Ioannou on June 20, 2022 informed the issuer that during the Extraordinary General Meeting of Hellenic Bank Public Company Ltd on June 23, 2022, Mr. Varnavas Irinarchos, or in his absence Mr. Nearchos Ioannou, may exercise at his sole discretion 87.863.127 voting rights that correspond to 21,28% of the share capital of the issuer, under the proxy granted by Demetra Holdings Plc.
After the end of the Extraordinary General Meeting, Mr. Varnavas Irinarchos and Mr. Nearchos Ioannou will cease to hold voting rights in relation to the above proxy.
