Hellenic Bank Public Company Limited (the “Bank”) announces that, the Board of Directors of the Bank during its meeting held on 24th September 2020 approved, inter alia, the Financial Results of the Group of Hellenic Bank for the six-month period ended 30th June 2020, and pursuant to the Regulations of the Cyprus Stock Exchange and Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission, please find attached hereto:
- the Condensed Consolidated Interim Financial Statements of the Group of Hellenic Bank for the six-month period ended 30th June 2020,
- the relevant Commentary,
- the Press Release which will be sent to the press for publication,
- the relevant Financial Results Presentation and
- the Condensed Consolidated Interim Financial Results and Commentary of the Group of Hellenic Bank for the six-month period ended 30th June 2020, which will be published in newspaper “Phileleftheros” on Saturday 26th September 2020.
Copies of the Financial Results for the six-month period ended 30th June 2020, as approved by the Board of Directors, will be available at the Head Office of Hellenic Bank, Corner Limassol Avenue & 200 Athalassas Avenue, Strovolos, Nicosia (5th floor-Financial Management).
