Hellenic Bank Public Company Limited (the “Bank”) announces that Mr Christos M. Triantafyllides, in his capacity as the Trustee of the Trusts of the holders of the Bank’s CCS 1 and CCS 2, has informed the Bank that he wishes to resign from his duties as of 21st October 2022, based on article 25(b) of the respective CCS 1 and CCS 2 Trust Deeds.
The Bank is currently in the process of replacing the resigned CCS 1 and CCS 2 Trustee, in line with article 25(b) of the relevant Trust Deeds.
