Hellenic Bank Public Company Ltd announces, pursuant to the Transparency Requirements Law 2007, that DEMETRA INVESTMENT PUBLIC LTD, Mr. Nicos Michaelas and Mr. Varnavas Irinarchos on June 21, 2019 informed the issuer that during the Extraordinary General Meeting of Hellenic Bank Public Company Ltd on June 26 2019, Mr. Nicos Michaelas, or in his absence Mr. Varnavas Irinarchos, may exercise at his sole discretion 86.725.772 voting rights that correspond to 21,01% of the share capital of the issuer, under the proxy granted by DEMETRA INVESTMENT PUBLIC LTD.
After the end of the Annual General Meeting, Mr. Nicos Michaelas and Mr. Varnavas Irinarchos will cease to hold voting rights in relation to the above proxy.
