Customer centric Strategy

Continued improvement in the quality of customer service and maximising card efficiency are the primary objectives of the Card Services Department.

It achieves these objectives through continued investment in upgrading the technological infrastructure of card management and control systems, simplification of internal procedures, renewal of incentive schemes, special offers to cardholders, and the creation of innovative card products.

The ATM network covers  all branches in Cyprus, 24-hours a day.
