Activate your Entrust® Soft Token App

To activate your Entrust® Soft Token App you must follow the simple steps as described below:

    Enter your credentials (Username, Business ID and Password) and click on the “Continue” button to login to your Business Web Banking.

    Enter the One-Time-Password (OTP) which will be generated from your existing hard token. Users that do not currently have tokens will receive an SMS OTP.

    Select the Option ‘Others’ from the available tabs at the top of the screen.

    Select the Option ‘Manage Soft Token’ from ‘Setting’ Sections.

    Select the Option ‘Setup Entrust Soft Token App’.

    Select the type of your mobile device between iOS (Apple device) and

    Android and then click ‘Continue’.

    Download and install the Entrust® Soft Token to your mobile device, by choosing any of the options of the below list:

    1. switch on the camera on your mobile device, and then scan the QR code that appears on your Web Banking screen, or
    2. use the link provided on your Web Banking screen, or
    3. search the Entrust® Soft Token application either on Apple Store or Google play

    Select where you would like to receive the verification code in order to authenticate your request and then click ‘Next’.

    Enter the One-Time-Password (OTP) and then click ‘Next’.

    Open the Entrust® Soft Token application on your mobile device, then click on the QR code option of the Entrust® Soft Token application, and then Scan the QR code that appears on your Web Banking screen.

    Enter the password that appears on your Web  Banking screen on your Entrust® Soft Token application and then click ‘OK’.

    Insert “Identity Name” (i.e. friendly name) to name your device and click on the “Next” button.

    Create a new PIN that you must use onwards to access the Entrust® Soft Token application. Kindly note that you can switch to “Fingerprint ID” or “Face ID” authentication via the application settings after the activation process.

    Click on the “Continue” button on your web banking screen, to finalize the activation of your new soft token.

    The setup of the Entrust® Soft Token application has been completed but in order to start using the application, you will need to call our Customer Contact Centre to activate it.

Since a digiPIN is an electronic device, you should not dispose it as a normal household waste. As Hellenic Bank considers the environmental consequences, it has developed the following process for the collection and handling of digiPIN devices.
