How long will it take for me to receive my card?

A new or replacement card will be ready for collection from any of our branches within 2 working days from the day of order.

Can I see my card transactions online?

You can view your card transactions through your Web Banking and Mobile App.

Can my card limits be increased if required?

The card is initially issued on the basis of your proposed transaction and daily limits. However, you can apply for a temporary or permanent increase or decrease of these limits to suit your personal requirements.

I have entered my PIN incorrectly three times at an ATM, how can I fix this?

For security reasons your card will be retained by the ATM after entering your PIN incorrectly three times. You can collect it from the Bank during working hours.

What can I do if I have forgotten my card PIN?

If you have forgotten your card PIN, you can call the Customer Contact Center. A PIN reminder can be sent to your mobile phone by SMS.

I am planning to travel abroad, what should I do?

We may need to contact you while you are away to verify that certain transactions on your card are legitimate.

If you are travelling in a country where fraud restrictions are applied by the Bank for security reasons, and you intend to use your card, notify us and we will remove the restrictions for the period of the trip.

Are there any charges for using my card abroad?

Within the Eurozone, there are no additional charges for using your card to make purchases. Outside the Eurozone a cross-border handling fee is applied on all transactions as per the Card Charges. In all cases of cash withdrawal a cash advance fee is also applied.

What is APR?

Your APR, or annual percentage rate, is the yearly interest rate you will pay if you carry a balance on your credit card. It takes account of all the costs involved for the card, such as annual fees and the interest rate.

How can I pay my credit card account?

Note: If you pay off your entire outstanding amount by the due date each month, no interest is applied.

What are the card payment time frames?

Payments made on any day, including weekends, are processed immediately and funds are available at the same time.

What happens if I do not pay my credit card instalment on time?

If you pay only the minimum required amount on time, the remaining balance plus interest will carry over onto your next credit card statement. If you do not pay the minimum by the due date, you will be charged a late fee.

What shall I do in case of loss/theft or unauthorised use of my card?

In case of loss, theft or unauthorised use of your card, you must immediately contact us and report the incident on the below contact numbers:
