Will my Debit/Credit Card function as normal on 16 September 2019 for purchases, withdrawals and payments?

Yes, all Hellenic Bank and former CCB cards will function as normal, both during the weekend of 13 September 2019 - 15 September 2019 and from 16 September 2019 onwards. From noon Friday, 13 September 2019, until Monday morning 16 September 2019, we will not be able to send you SMS messages when performing transactions with former CCB cards.

Cards of the former CCB will be gradually replaced after the integration. You will receive a relevant update at a future stage. Until then, current cards will remain valid.

Will the payment amount and date of my credit card (former CCB) remain the same?

Your credit card payment will be made normally on 2 September 2019. No payments will be made on 2 October 2019. Following the integration, your payment will be made on the 20th of each month, instead of the 2nd. The first payment to a former CCB credit card after the integration of systems will be made on 20 October 2019. The specific payment extension will not result in any additional charge.

We would like to remind you that after 16 September 2019, you will be able to make deposits or transfers to your credit card from any branch, ATM or via digital channels.

Which transactions will I now be able to carry out at ATMs with former CCB cards?

All transactions offered by our technologically upgraded ATMs. You will now be able to deposit cash and cheques in real-time, print account statements, transfer money between your card's linked accounts and make payments to your credit cards.

Will I be able to use my current Paysticker?

Yes, just like you use any other card.

Will all my current cards from former CCB remain valid?

Yes. As holders of Web, Student Credit and Army Credit cards have already been informed, your cards will be valid until 31 December 2019.

There is a plan to replace YOLO cards by the end of the year with a similar product offered by Hellenic Bank. You will be notified via post as soon as possible.

Will my former CCB credit cards be integrated into the Hellenic Bank Card Scheme?

Yes, former CCB credit cards will be integrated into the Hellenic Bank Card Scheme.

Do I need to validate my card to integrate into the Hellenic Bank system?

No, there is no need to validate your card to integrate into the Hellenic Bank system.

Will I be receiving SMS alerts on my transactions after integrating into the Hellenic Bank system?

Customers that already receive SMS alerts will continue to do so after integrating into the Hellenic Bank systems.
