Will the former CCB iBanking stop working and from when?

The former CCB iBanking will stop working on 13 September 2019, at 11:30 a.m. From the morning of 16 September 2019, you will be able to use the Hellenic Bank Web Banking after following the steps: Log in like you previously did with the former CCB iBanking, at which point we will provide you with step-by-step guidance. When will I obtain online access to my former CCB accounts?

You will be able to use the Hellenic Bank Web Banking and/or the Mobile App from the morning of 16 September 2019, as long as you are a former CCB iBanking subscriber.

How will I gain online access to my former CCB accounts?

Through the Hellenic Bank Web Banking or Mobile App. As a prerequisite, you must first receive a Subscriber ID.

How will I receive my new credentials in order to log in?

Will the current credentials (Subscriber ID & Password) for the former CCB i-Banking be the same for Hellenic Bank Web Banking?

No. As stated above, you will be given a new Subscriber ID. If you are a common customer and you are already using the Hellenic Bank digital channels, you will continue using the same login credentials.

Will my accounts with former CCB be automatically transferred or will I have to take certain actions?

Your accounts, as well as your cards, loans and deposits, will be transferred and will appear both on the Hellenic Bank Web Banking and the Mobile App. If you are a business user, you will be transferred to the Personal Web Banking. If you wish to switch to Business use, you will have to contact a Service Representative. Access to third-party accounts will be transferred only if relevant authorisations have been signed.

If I am a current subscriber to Hellenic Bank Web Banking, will I now also see the accounts I had with former CCB?

Yes, all your current accounts with Hellenic Bank and the former CCB will be unified and you will be able to see them within the same system.

Will I be able to see my account number with former CCB?

Yes, your account number will be available.

Is there any charge for becoming a new subscriber to Hellenic Bank Web Banking?

No, you can apply to become a subscriber at any Hellenic Bank branch, free of charge.

After being transferred to Hellenic Bank Web Banking, will I continue to receive a monthly account statement via post?

Hellenic Bank Web Banking subscribers do not receive a monthly statement of their accounts, as Web Banking provides this functionality. The above arrangement will also apply to subscribers of former CCB, who will be transferred to Web Banking on 16 September 2019.

Ηow can I perform online money transfers?

After logging in to Web Banking or Mobile App, you will only need the one-time-password (OTP) sent via SMS for every transaction.

Where can I be informed about the charges on transactions carried out via Web Banking and the Mobile App?

There is a detailed charges table posted on the Hellenic Bank website, www.hellenicbank.com/el/charges, as well as in the Web Banking app.

Will I be able to use my pre-approved beneficiaries (favourites) I had previously configured on the former CCB iBanking with the Web Banking or the Mobile App?

Yes, the pre-approved beneficiaries (favourites) will be transferred and will be valid on the respective accounts, both on Web Banking and the Mobile App.

Will the former CCB COOP Mobile continue working?

The former CCB coop Mobile will stop working on 13 September 2019, at 11:30 a.m.

Where can I download the Hellenic Bank Mobile App?

From Play Store for Android devices and App Store for iPhones.

If I am a user of the iBanking and COOP Mobile of the former CCB, how can I log in to Hellenic Bank Mobile App?

To use Hellenic Bank Mobile App, you must first follow the transfer procedure from iBanking to the Hellenic Bank Web Banking. Log in like you previously did with the former CCB iBanking, at which point we will provide you with step-by-step guidance. You do not have to visit a branch.
