What features are available at Hellenic Bank’s ATMs?

If you are a Hellenic Bank cardholder, you may perform any of the transactions listed below:

  • Transfers (between linked card accounts)

Other Bank cardholders may perform any of the transactions listed below:

  • Cash Withdrawals

What languages are available?

You may set your language preference and use the ATM in any of the following languages: Greek, English, German, French and Russian.

How can I check my balance?

You may view and print your account balance by selecting the “Balance Enquiry” option from the Hellenic Bank ATM menu. You will be prompted to select an account in case you have more than one account linked to the card being used.

How can I change my card PIN?

You may change your PIN by selecting the “Pin change” option from ATM menu. You will be prompted to type the new PIN twice and a receipt will be printed informing you whether the PIN has been changed successfully.

Note: Your previous PIN does not have to be re-entered at this stage.

How do I sign up for e-Statements?

Select “Other Services” from the ATM menu and then “Registration to Electronic Services”. You may then follow the simple on-screen instructions to complete your registration. A confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided during registration, upon successful registration.
