Hellenic Bank Debit and Credit cardholders can withdraw up to 1000€ per day. Other bank cardholders can withdraw up to €500 per transaction and are subject to approval by their issuing bank.
Hellenic Bank cardholders may change their default withdrawal limit by visiting a Hellenic Bank branch or temporarily through our Customer Contact Centre by calling 8000 9999.
Our ATMs can dispense €20 and €50 banknotes.The option to withdraw in currencies other than euro is not available.
- For Hellenic Bank cardholders:
As a first step you may insert your card again and carry out a Balance Enquiry to check your balance. If a dispute still exists, you may directly contact the Hellenic Bank branch with your card and the printed receipt. If the incident happens outside Hellenic Bank working hours, cardholders may inform our Customer Contact Centre by calling 8000 9999, or by saving the receipt and visiting the branch on the next working day.
- For other bank cardholders:
You may insert your card again and make a balance enquiry to check your balance. If a dispute still exists, you should contact your issuing bank. The issuing bank is responsible to investigate the issue with Hellenic Bank on your behalf.
Fast Cash withdrawal gives you the option to perform instant cash withdrawals where the following options are predefined:
- Withdrawal Amount
- Debit Account (Based on selected account)
- Receipt Printing (with or without)
- Language selection
You may configure all the above by selecting the “Customise Fast Cash Withdrawal” option on the right side on the ATM’s home screen.
