How can I select the correct account for my transaction?

  1. If your card is linked to only one account, then this account will be treated as your default account for all your future Hellenic Bank ATM transactions and you will not be prompted to select an account.
  2. If your card is linked to more than one account, you will be given the option to select another account to carry out your transaction at the specific Hellenic Bank ATM.

How can I make a transfer between my accounts?

You may transfer money between your accounts, linked with the card in use, by selecting the “Transfer Funds” option from the ATM menu. You may then follow the on-screen instructions to complete the transfer.

How can I view my last ten transactions?

Select the option “Other Services” from the ATM menu, followed by the option “Last 10 transactions”.
