Services

We would like to inform you about the circulation of the revised Basic Terms and Conditions of Use of Hellenic Bank Services (the "Basic Terms"). They will be effective two months after their availability/ publication and will be considered accepted by you if you do not notify Hellenic Bank that you do not accept them before said effective date. In case of non-acceptance, you have the right to terminate your Payment Services Agreement with the Bank immediately and in any case before the effective date of the revised Basic Terms and Conditions. The revised Basic Terms are valid immediately for new customers whereas they will be valid in two months’ time for existing customers. Please note that the English text of the Basic Terms will be uploaded in due course.
